Pro audio is changing. As digital editing tools take center stage in most studio setups, pro audio networks are becoming commonplace. The power to easily route multiple live audio streams throughout the studio or soundstage, makes it an essential tool. But ease of setup can be lacking, and that is where Scramble can help. Our products focus on making pro audio networking easy and affordable for recording and live performances of any size.

We support AVB/TSN, the IEEE 802 standards for low latency audio networking. Initially ratified in 2011, AVB is an open standard and provides the most reliable transport for pro audio applications where latency is very tight. There are other proprietary standards for audio networking, but none that offer a truly reliable low-latency transport over Ethernet while allowing other computer traffic on the same network without any interference to the audio streams.

A musician's hands playing a Fender Telecaster in a studio setting. In the foreground, partially out of focus, is a small, elegant pro audio interface. The lighting is high-contrast, casting soft shadows in a room with cool grey walls.

One of our core tenets is that all Scramble products are simple and easy to setup. Musicians should not have to be IT experts, so we take the guesswork out of the pro audio networking. In a basic setup it should work just like analog audio, plug and play. And the unlimited configurability of audio networking allows you to more integrate components as you need them.
